Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For the cream: (pudding and sour cream)

  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 cups sour cream

For covering:

  • Strawberries
  • 1 pack cake topping (strawberry flavor)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a batter from the first 6 ingredients, spread it on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool down a little.
  3. Mix the sour cream with 2 - 3 tablespoons of sugar and the slightly cooled pudding and spread on the cake. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  4. Wash and quarter the strawberries, spread on the cooled cake and brush with the icing.
  5. Makes about 24 pieces.
  6. Tip: It also tastes great with chopped peaches!
