Ingredients

  • 12 piece (s) rusks (mini)
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon rum or liqueur
  • Milk for the pudding
  • Sugar for the pudding

Instructions

  1. Cook the pudding according to the package instructions.
  2. Cut the strawberries into pieces and lightly add sugar.
  3. Break 3 mini rusks into small pieces per dessert bowl and place on the base of the bowl. Mix milk with rum or liqueur and drizzle 1 teaspoon of the mixture over the rusks per dessert bowl. Then pour enough pudding over it until the rusk is covered.
  4. Then place the strawberries on top, some aside to decorate.
  5. Then repeat the rusk and pudding layer again.
  6. Garnish with the remaining strawberries.
  7. The trifle does not have to be pulled, it can be consumed immediately. The liquid and the pudding soften the crumbled rusk very quickly.
  8. A casserole dish is also suitable for several people.
  9. This recipe can be varied in many ways, e.g. with raspberries, without alcohol
