Ingredients
- 10 flowers (zucchini)
- 125 cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
- some stalks basil
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil, for frying

- Clean the zucchini flowers and make two cuts in the zucchini so that the flower and fruit still stick together. Remove the pistil from the flower.
- Mix the cream cheese, egg yolk, parsley, basil and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper. Fill the zucchini flowers with the cream cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan and fry the courgette flowers for about 5 minutes on each side.
