  • Canned tuna – 1 can
  • Boiled rice – 6-8 tbsp
  • Boiled chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Green onions – 2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Butter – 30 g

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the stuffed pancakes. Fry pancakes in advance. Hard boil the eggs for the filling (5-7 minutes from the moment of boiling). Cook the rice until tender, or you can use the rest of the previous meal.

  2. Finely chop the eggs or mash with a fork.
  3. Drain the liquid from canned tuna and disassemble with a fork into small pieces.
  4. Cut the green onions into small pieces.
  5. Combine all the ingredients for the pancake filling in a bowl, add the boiled rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  6. Mix gently. The filling for the pancakes is ready.
  7. Put 2-3 tablespoons of the filling on the pancake.

  9. Heat a frying pan with butter and lightly brown the stuffed pancakes on both sides.
