Ingredients

  • 4 large onion (s) (vegetable onions)
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 3 bell peppers, green, yellow, red
  • 4 slices cheese (toast )
  • 4 slices tomato (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions, carefully hollow them out. Dice the inside and fry well in oil with the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, chilli sauce and parsley and fill the onions with it. Place in an ovenproof dish, pour in the meat stock and cook covered in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Cut the bell pepper into strips, add and cook for another 15 minutes. Finally melt 1 slice on each onion until creamy, crown with tomato slices.
  2. This goes very well with rice and a fresh green salad.
