Ingredients

  • 0.25 ¼ watermelon (s)
  • 1 packet feta cheese made from sheep`s milk
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch mint
  • Olives, seedless
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the flesh of the watermelon and the feta. Cut the spring onions into fine rings, finely chop the mint, quarter the olives. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt into a vinaigrette and pour over the salad.
  3. Enjoy slightly chilled!
