Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 500 g natural yohurt, milder
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- chives
- salt and pepper

- Wash and chop the iceberg lettuce and place in a bowl. Put the yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and chives in a bowl and stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything well.
