  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 10 g suar
  • 10 g salt
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. This recipe is easiest to use in a bread maker. Mix flour with dry yeast, add salt and sugar, add 250 ml of lukewarm water and set the BBA to the dough program. Let stir (takes approx. 15 min) and let the dough rise for approx. 10 to 15 min. Take the bread roll dough out of the BBA, knead it well again on the work surface and then shape approx. 50 g pieces of dough into balls. Place the bread rolls in a springform pan lined with baking paper (not too close) and let rise again briefly. If you like grain rolls, you can brush the dough balls with water, roll them in grains and then place them in the springform pan. Cover the springform pan with aluminum foil and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning the volume doubled. Place a cup with water and the springform pan in the oven and bake at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
