Ingredients
- 500 g wheat flour
- 350 ml water, lukewarm
- 25 g yeast, fresh
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Prepare a yeast dough with the specified ingredients. Close the mixing bowl tightly and put the yeast dough in the refrigerator overnight and let it rise.
- The next day, dust the dough generously with flour. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees O / U.
- Cut palm-sized pieces from the dough and place them exactly in this shape on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes and then enjoy at breakfast.
