Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 4 teaspoon Nutella
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 30 g chocolate flakes, possibly more

- Beat the egg yolks with water, milk and sugar over the water bath until they are white. Remove from heat and melt the Nutella in it, stirring constantly. Stir in the cocoa powder. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the chocolate mass together with the chocolate shavings.
- Fill into a flat form and freeze for approx. 5 hours. To prevent ice crystals from forming, mix the ice with a fork every now and then. Take out of the freezer 10 minutes before consumption.
