- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 tablespoon coconut blossom syrup
- 1 tablespoon herb mixture, frozen, (6-herb mixture), organic
- salt
- Pepper, freshly ground

- You don`t need to stir the salad sauce beforehand; you put all the ingredients directly over the salad. I use it for mixed lettuce, but also for Greek farmer`s salad with sheep`s cheese and paprika.
- I always start with the olive oil, which I pour over the salad as I feel, depending on the amount of salad. Then I don`t add too little salt, a few turns of the mill, pepper and the herb mixture on top. Finally, the white balsamic vinegar and coconut blossom syrup follow. Then stir everything well, preferably with your hands.
- The coconut blossom syrup gives the whole thing a very round taste.
