Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 cup cream, 200 g
- 200 g suar
- 280 g flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 4 egg (s)
For covering:
- 125 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 200 g flaked almonds

- Work the cream, sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and the eggs into a smooth dough. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for approx. 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, heat the ingredients for the topping in a saucepan. After 15 minutes of baking, pour the almond mixture over the almost finished cake and distribute it well. Bake again for about 10 minutes, until the cake is light brown.
