Ingredients
- 300 g herbal cream cheese
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 150 g Ajvar, mild or spicy
- 0.5 bag ½ (s) herbs, mixed (8 herb mixture), frozen
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika powder, hot pink

- Roughly crumble the sheep`s cheese and place in a bowl with the other ingredients. Dose the spices such as pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika powder according to your own taste.
- Mix everything together with the hand mixer to a homogeneous mass and finally season again. The lemon juice can also be left out.
- Be careful when seasoning, the spiciness pulls again. If the cream is only for the following day, only then season.
