Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Dice the zucchini.
  2. Heat the oil. Briefly steam all vegetables in oil. Add water and simmer. This takes about 10 minutes for the zucchini to cook through. Now stir in ajvar and cream cheese. Let it steep briefly and season with herbal salt, pepper and herbs.
