- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
- 0.5 bag ½ cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- Herbs, e.g. basil, Italian herbs, etc.

- Cook the potatoes until done, cut in half and scoop out with a teaspoon. Make sure that the shell does not tear.
- Put the hollowed out potato rests in a bowl and mix well with the grated cheese, sour cream, ajvar and the spices. Fill the potato halves with it and drizzle with oil, let it steep briefly.
- Place the potatoes on the grill for about 10 minutes.
