Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 4 medium tomato (s), diced
  • 200 g ham, leaner, diced (can also be omitted)
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 3 m zucchini, cut into cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with onions, tomatoes, ham and garlic, season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
  2. Bring the zucchini to the boil briefly, then strain.
  3. Alternately fill a baking dish with a layer of zucchini and a layer of cheese-vegetable mixture. The last layer should be zucchini.
  4. Bake the casserole at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
