Ingredients

  • 600 g cream cheese with herbs or straiht
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 100 g Ajvar (= paprika paste) (hot or normal)
  • 1 point herbs, Provence, TK
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon cayenne pepper or rose paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed or
  • 2 tablespoon garlic granules

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients except for the sheep`s cheese together in a bowl, crumble the sheep`s cheese in your hand and add it to the cream cheese mixture. Mix everything together with the mixer. Let it steep for at least 2 hours, but it doesn`t have to be.
  2. Flatbread goes wonderfully with it. Can be served as a dip for grilling (e.g. with cevapcici) or as a starter with flatbread.
