Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 1 carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 zucchini
- 1 handful sugar snap peas
- Oil or fat your choice
- 2 spring onion (s)
- Tomatoes, happened
- 1 teaspoon soy creme fraîche (crème fraîche alternative)
- sunflower seeds
- Salt and pepper
- turmeric

- Cook the pasta as usual. Then pour off.
