Ingredients
- 200 g surimi, in brine or frozen
- 180 g North Sea shrimps, fresh or packaed
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 medium onion (s), or spring onions
- 1 pack ready mix (Salatfix paprika / herbs)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- pepper
- garlic

- Dice the surimi, paprika and onions. Then put in a bowl. Add the shrimp, Salatfix, water and oil and mix. Let rest for half an hour and then season with pepper and garlic if necessary.
