- 60 g flour
- 4 egg (s)
- 125 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- salt
- 2 tablespoon herbs (dill, chervil, parsley, tarragon)
- 2 tablespoon chives rolls, fresh
- 1 ½ liter meat broth

- For the patties, put the flour and salt in a bowl and mix with the eggs. Add the milk while stirring and finally add the melted butter. Let the dough stand for half an hour.
- Weigh the herbs very finely and add them to the dough. Bake wafer-thin pancakes (pancakes) in the pan. When they have cooled a little, cut into fine strips just before serving and add to the hot meat stock. Sprinkle with chives rolls.
