Ingredients
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 4 rolls, old one
- 3 onion (s)
- 3 egg (s)
- Parsley, fresh
- salt and pepper
- Clarified butter, for frying
- Maggi

- Soak the rolls in water. Cut the onions into small cubes.
- Put the minced meat, softened rolls (express well!), Onions, eggs, parsley in a bowl and knead well. Season everything well with salt, pepper and Maggi (don`t laugh, that`s the kicker).
- Heat the clarified butter in the pan, shape the meatballs (not too high) and fry for about 10-15 minutes.
- The recipe came to me from my grandma to my mother. My mother and I once did meatball competitions. The jury was my father. My mother braised the onions, I didn`t. My father didn`t think twice about it and made my meatballs explains to the better what brought him such a really insulted and poisonous look from my mother.
