Ingredients
- 500 g meat sausae
- 1 ring / s sausage (black sausage)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 0.1 liters meat broth
- salt and pepper
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

- Cut the meat sausage and black sausage into fine strips, chop the onions and garlic into small pieces. Mix everything.
- Make a dressing from vinegar, oil, meat stock, salt, pepper and parsley and pour over the sausage.
- Then let everything stand for another hour, then it tastes best.
