Ingredients
- 200 g carrot (s)
- 1 pear (s)
- 400 g buttermilk, (or kefir)
- 2 tablespoon honey, (or maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder

- Clean and peel the carrots and mix them into small pieces in a blender.
- Quarter the pear, peel it and cut out the core, also roughly mix the pulp in a blender.
- Mix both together with the buttermilk in a blender until smooth.
- Then add honey and ginger to taste. Pour into glasses, done.
- With this drink you can outsmart any child who usually doesn`t like vegetables!
