Ingredients
- 75 g chocolate couverture, dark
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 400 ml milk
- 100 g whipped cream

- Grind the couverture and mix thoroughly with the vanilla sugar, sugar, starch and 4 tablespoons of milk.
- Heat the rest of the milk and cream in a saucepan (do not let it boil). Now stir in the couverture mixture.
- Tip:
- If you like it even creamier, you can add a little cornstarch.
