Ingredients

  • 600 g nocchi from the refrierated shelf
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 5 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 6 tablespoon cranberries, dried
  • 2 orange (s)

Sweet Gnocchi with Egg and Cranberries

Instructions

  1. First peel the oranges and cut them into smaller pieces. Pour into a tall vessel and chop up thoroughly with the hand blender, then move the hand blender up and down to create a little foam. Set the sauce aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the gnocchi until golden brown. Then add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and caramelize a little.
  3. In another tall vessel, beat the eggs to a thick foam, drizzling in the remaining 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Pour the egg mixture over the gnocchi and stir.
  4. Keep stirring until the egg mixture has hardened. Then pour the cranberries on top and stir.
  5. Arrange on plates and finally pour the orange sauce over them.
