- 1 small Hokkaido pumpkin (se)

- 500 g low-fat quark
- Salt and pepper
- paprika powder
- Spice mixture, Italian
- turmeric
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch parsley
- some carbonated mineral water or milk
- some olive oil

- Wash the Hokkaido squash well, remove the inside and cut into small cubes. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Put both in a large bowl and pour olive oil over them. Then season with Italian spice mixture, paprika, pepper, salt and turmeric as required and mix well. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the contents of the bowl onto the sheet.
- Bake in a hot oven at 200 - 220 ° C for about 30 - 40 minutes, if necessary after 23 - 30 minutes, pour a little olive oil over them again.
- In the meantime, put the low-fat quark in a bowl and mix either with a little sparkling water or with milk, this will make the quark nice and creamy. Then season with salt and pepper and mix in the finely chopped parsley and chives. Serve with the sweet potatoes.
