Sweet Potato Puree with Cheese

Mashed potatoes are a simple and beloved side dish that will decorate various hot dishes. But let’s try to change its composition. Let’s take sweet potatoes as the main ingredient. What happens?

Ingredients

  • Batat – 1500 Gram
  • Butter – 90 Grams
  • Cream – 240 Milliliters (low fat)
  • Hard cheese – 120 Grams
  • Chili paste – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1.5 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. First, send the sweet potato baked in its uniform for 70 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Then refuel. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  3. Then add cream, chili and salt to it. Bring to a boil while stirring.
  4. Then peel the potatoes. Grate cheese to it, put it all in the dressing.
  5. Whisk the ingredients into a puree. Everything is ready!
