Ingredients

  • 500 g Swiss chard
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 g spahetti
  • some salt and pepper
  • some parmesan

Instructions

  1. Wash the chard and cut into strips.
  2. Cook the spaghetti and chard together in the broth.
  3. Finely chop the garlic and mix with the oil.
  4. Catch 2 tablespoons of pasta water.
  5. Pour off the pasta and chard, mix with the oil-garlic mixture and the 2 tablespoons of pasta water.
  6. Grate the parmesan cheese over it.
  7. Can be varied with 1 onion and cherry tomatoes.
