Ingredients

  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 small savoy cabbage
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Sort out the savoy cabbage, wash, toss dry and roughly chop. Heat the oil and fry the vegetables in it over a medium heat, turning constantly for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the whipped cream and vegetable stock and bring to the boil briefly. Add the cooked noodles and mix with the creamed sausage.
