Ingredients
- 500 g Swiss chard
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 400 g ribbon noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cream
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon parmesan, grated
- possibly vegetable broth, grained

- Wash the chard and cut into small pieces. Briefly blanch the stems and roughly chop them as desired. Finely dice the onion and garlic.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the chard and sauté briefly. Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper (possibly a little vegetable stock) and reduce until creamy while stirring.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain and add to the sauce, sprinkle with the cheese and mix everything together well.
- Tip: You can also use spinach instead of Swiss chard.
