Ingredients

  • 350 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 50 g lard, cracklin lard
  • 15 g yeast, fresh
  • 200 g water, lukewarm

For covering:

  • 250 g crème fraîche (or sour cream)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper, paprika, garlic to taste
  • 2 onions)
  • 150 g bacon, diced

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt, sugar and crackling lard. Dissolve the yeast with water and add. Knead all ingredients intensively until the dough comes off the edge of the bowl. Cover and let rise for 1/2 hour. Roll out the yeast dough on the baking sheet. Roll a small margin. Mix the creme fraiche and milk and season. Spread the mixture evenly on the yeast dough, cover with onion rings and diced bacon. Bake in a preheated oven at 230 ° C for approx. 15 minutes. Enjoy it hot.
