Ingredients

  • 1 port. Tarte flambée batter, approx. 250 g, from cooling
  • 150 g crème fraîche or sour cream
  • Spice mixture, e.g., Garam Masala
  • 4 apricot (s), approx.
  • 125 g feta cheese
  • 100 g bacon, strips or diced ham
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 onion (s), possibly also 2

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Roll out the tarte flambée batter, homemade or from the cooling shelf, on baking paper on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix the crème fraîche with 1 teaspoon of spice mixture and spread on the dough. Leave a small border free all around.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into thin wedges. Halve the apricots, remove the pits, halve the halves crosswise again and cut into thin wedges. Crumble the feta.
  5. Spread the onion and apricot on the cream, drizzle with maple syrup, sprinkle with bacon or ham and the crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until the desired brown color and serve hot.
  7. The amount is enough as a main course for at least 2 people.
