Ingredients

  • 280 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 200 ml water
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 4 shallot (s)
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly olive oil
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour with oil, water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to form the dough. Then roll out 8 flat cakes, place on a baking sheet.
  2. Mix the creme fraiche with milk, season with salt and pepper and pour onto the flatbreads.
  3. Cut the onion into cubes and spread over the dough together with the bacon.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

  6. Put a few drops of olive oil with garlic over the hot flatbreads.
