Tartlets with Cream Cheese, Bell Pepper, Apple and Olives

Tartlets with cream cheese, bell peppers, apples and olives are a colorful and tasty appetizer that can be prepared both for the holiday and for every day. It will take very little time and a small amount of food. All ingredients can be bought without any problems in any supermarket at any time of the year. Well, are we preparing and treating our relatives?

Ingredients

  • Sand or waffle tartlets – 10 pcs.
  • Cream cheese – 130 g
  • Apple – 110 g (1 pc.)
  • Pitted olives – 70 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 65 g
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Prepare all ingredients. You can make tartlets at home or buy ready-made ones. I bought waffle tartlets, but sand tartlets will work too. Use any cream cheese of your choice. I buy in a store by weight. The most convenient way to buy olives is pitted. The weight of the apple in the recipe is indicated unpeeled.

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the apple with a towel, peel and seeds. Cut the apple pulp into small cubes.
  2. Wash and dry the bell peppers from excess moisture. Remove seeds. Cut off a few thin strips of pepper and set aside for garnish. Cut the rest of the pepper pulp into small pieces.
  3. Place chopped bell pepper, apple, and cream cheese in a bowl. Season to taste and add salt if necessary. Mix well.
  4. Drain the liquid from the olives and blot with a napkin to remove excess moisture. Cut the olives into small pieces and place on the bottom of the tartlets. It took me 1-1.5 olives for each tartlet. Leave the rest of the olives to decorate the tartlets.
  5. Spread the apple and pepper cream cheese over the tartlets. 1 tartlet contains about 20-25 g of mass.
  6. Cut the remaining strips of pepper into small pieces, and the olives into rings. Garnish the tartlets with chunks of bell pepper and olive rings.
  7. Tartlets with cream cheese, bell pepper, apple and olives are ready. Serve them immediately after cooking. If you wish, you can decorate the tartlets with fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
