Tear-off Camomile Cheese Pie

Another delicious baking recipe is cheese buns in the form of a tear-off Camomile pie. Delicate dough, fragrant garlic butter and a lot of cheese inside – everything we love! Preparing “cheese chamomile” is very easy, watch and repeat to your health! So delicious that you will lick your fingers!

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Milk (warm) – 125 ml
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter (soft) – 40-50 g
  • Flour – 250 g

For filling:

  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Butter (soft) – 50 g
  • Fresh parsley – 1 small bunch
  • Garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon

To grease the dough:

  • Egg – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl, except for butter and flour.
  2. Add oil and knead well again.
  3. Cover the yeast dough with cling film and put in a warm place until doubled.
  4. Prepare products for the filling.
  5. Grind dry garlic in a mortar until powdery.
  6. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Grate cheese on a fine grater
  7. Divide the bun dough into 10 pieces.
  8. Roll each piece of dough into a petal cake, grease with butter, sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Roll up into a roll, tucking the edges.
  10. Tuck the ends of the roll, pinch if necessary.
  11. Place all yeast buns with cheese on a baking sheet covered with parchment, in the form of chamomile.
  12. Grease the buns with an egg.
  13. Cut each “chamomile petal”.
  14. Sprinkle cheese on top. Let the buns stand for 20-30 minutes.
  15. Bake cheese buns (tear-off cheese pie) “Camomile” at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
