Tear-Off Bread with Sesame Seeds, Cheese, Herbs and Dried Tomatoes

Very beautiful and original bread recipe! The finished dough is soft. Sesame seeds, cheese, fresh herbs, and dried tomatoes make the bread even tastier! Prepare tear-off bread according to this recipe, treat and surprise your loved ones!

Ingredients

For the test:

  • Milk – 240 ml
  • Flour – 450 g
  • Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 30 g

For sprinkling:

  • Butter – 80 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Dill greens
  • Hard cheese
  • Sesame seeds
  • Dried tomatoes
  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Butter – for greasing the mold

Directions

  1. Try to check and activate the yeast before kneading, that is, make a quick brew. Add yeast to warm milk, 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of flour and sugar. We mix. Leave the dough in a warm place for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Mix the flour with salt. Pour the dough into the flour.
  3. Add vegetable oil. We knead the dough. When the dough gathers into a lump, add and stir in the butter. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Transfer the dough into a cup and cover with plastic wrap. Let the dough double in size, in a warm place it takes about 1 hour.
  5. Slightly knead the dough and divide it into 24 equal parts (I have 31 g each). We roll each part of the dough into a bun. Let the koloboks lie on the table under the plastic for 10 minutes.
  6. Let’s move on to the second part of the recipe: prepare the sprinkles and garlic oil. Rub the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the dill. Mix dried tomatoes with paprika. Peel and squeeze the garlic through a press. Melt the butter. Add the compressed garlic to the melted butter.
  7. After that, each bun of dough is well dipped in butter with garlic and then roll in a sprinkle of sesame seeds, grated cheese, chopped greens, and dried tomatoes with paprika. You should get 6 koloboks with each sprinkle.
  8. Grease the baking dish with butter. We layout the balls of dough with sprinkles in a prepared form, trying to alternate the balls by color. We give to distance about 20 minutes under the film. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We bake bread in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  9. Tear-off bread is ready.
