Ingredients

  • 175 g butter
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 6 drops rum flavor
  • 2 drops bitter almond flavor
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 1 pinch clove (s), ground
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 250 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder

For the filling:

  • 100 g nouat, heated
  • 75 g cake icin (chocolate icin), melted

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until foamy, stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar and egg, knead in the remaining ingredients. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm and cut it out with an almond shape (looks like a tear, approx. 2.5 cm long) and place on baking sheets.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Assemble on the underside with the soft nut nougat mixture. Dip the tip in chocolate icing.
