Mushroom Salad “Unexpected Joy”

A very tasty recipe for mushroom lovers. I recommend the “Unexpected Joy” salad with mushrooms and cheese.

Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Frozen mushrooms – 300 g
- Hard cheese – 200 g
- Bulb onions – 1 pc.
- Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Pepper – 1 pinch
- Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil – 30 g
- Olives – 50 g
Directions
- Products for a salad with mushrooms and cheese in front of you.
- Boil hard-boiled chicken eggs. Refrigerate and clean.
- Peel the onions, wash and cut into cubes.
- Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Fry the onion, stirring occasionally, until golden brown for 1-2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms to onions. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate.
- Cut the chicken eggs into cubes.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Season the salad with mushrooms and cheese with mayonnaise, mix well.
- Salad with mushrooms and cheese “Unexpected Joy” is ready. Decorate with olives.
