Mushroom and Ham Salad

Puff salad with mushrooms and ham will decorate any festive table. Salad with champignons, ham, cheese, vegetables and eggs turns out to be tasty and attractive thanks to its serving.

Ingredients

  • Canned champignons – 200 g
  • Ham – 100 g
  • Processed cheese – 100 g
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Fresh green onions – 1 bunch
  • Mayonnaise – 100 g
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. To prepare a salad with mushrooms and ham, take the necessary ingredients from the list. Boil potatoes and carrots in a peel (add some salt to the water during cooking), cook hard-boiled eggs. Then we cool and clean the vegetables and eggs. We wash and dry the green onions.
  2. Grind the potatoes on a coarse grater. We spread the first potato layer. Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise.
  3. Put finely chopped green onions on a layer of potatoes. Also grease with mayonnaise.
  4. Place a layer of grated boiled eggs on the green onion layer. Mayonnaise again.
  5. Put canned mushrooms cut into slices on the egg layer. Do not forget to grease with mayonnaise.
  6. The next layer is ham, cut into small cubes. Also grease with mayonnaise.
  7. Rub the carrots, spread them evenly, do not forget about mayonnaise.
  8. Grind the processed cheese. We spread the cheese layer.
  9. Finish the formation of a puff salad with mushrooms, cheese, eggs, ham, carrots, onions and potatoes with mayonnaise.
  10. Puff salad with mushrooms and ham is ready. When serving, the salad can be decorated with sprigs of fresh herbs.
