Ingredients
- 100 g ladyfiners
- 4 tablespoon calvados
- 700 g applesauce
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 250 g mascarpone
- 125 ml milk
- 100 g suar
- 200 g cream
- Cocoa powder, for dusting

- Line a large, flat dish with the ladyfingers, drizzle with the calvados and spread the applesauce on top. Mix the quark with the mascarpone, milk and sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Spread the quark cream over the applesauce and let it steep overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
