Instructions

  1. Mix the cleaned, pitted and quartered cherries, the lemon fillets with juice and the kirsch with the magic wand so that the mixture remains lumpy.
  2. Then place in the ice cream machine for 20 minutes, then use the ice cream machine to cool down for another 15 minutes or freeze. The alcohol prevents the mass from becoming too firm.
