  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 ml Prosecco
  • 175 g cream cheese, low in fat
  • 125 g yourt
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • Pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the pears and cut into wedges. Put in a saucepan and top up with prosecco and a tablespoon of sugar. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the yoghurt, a tablespoon of sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon with the mixer to a smooth cream. Arrange the pears on plates, next to them the cream and sprinkle with pistachios.

  4. Instead of pistachios, you can also briefly toast the almond sticks in the pan without fat and pour them over the cream.
