Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 50 g whipped cream
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ mascarpone
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce
  • 2 ladyfingers
  • 1 teaspoon coffee powder, instant
  • Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon amaretto

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream. Stir in the mascarpone, pour into a piping bag with a star nozzle and refrigerate.
  2. Break the sponge fingers into small pieces and mix together with the milk, instant coffee, amaretto, vanilla sugar and vanilla ice cream in a blender.
  3. Squirt chocolate sauce onto the inside rim of a glass. Pour the shake into the glass.
  4. Pour the mascarpone cream on top and dust with cocoa powder.
