Toast with Bacon and Quail Eggs

Original toast with bacon, quail eggs, and onions. These ingredients are first fried in a pan, then laid out on dried loaf pieces. Such sandwiches can be offered both for breakfast and as an appetizer on the festive table.

Ingredients

  • Bread or loaf – 6 slices
  • Quail eggs – 6 pcs.
  • Bacon – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients according to the list for toast with bacon and eggs.
  2. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Grind the onions in the form of thin half-rings.
  3. First, fry the bacon pieces in a pan. Preheat the frying pan, spread the bacon. We fry it, stirring occasionally. The bacon chunks should be crispy and browned. Put the finished bacon in a bowl. To keep the bacon warm, cover it with foil.
  4. Next, add a little vegetable oil to the pan. Now we send onion slices to the pan. Pass the onion, do not forget to stir it. Put the sautéed onions on a plate and season with salt to taste.
  5. Put the bread slices on a baking sheet. Dry them in the oven.
  6. At the same time, fry quail eggs in a pan. Season them with a little salt and ground pepper.
  7. The ingredients are ready, you can start forming toasts with bacon, onions, and quail eggs. Lay the fried onions in a layer on the browned bread slices.
  8. Place pieces of bacon on the onion layer.
  9. Finish with fried quail eggs.
  10. Toast with bacon and quail eggs are ready! We serve them warm to the table.
