Ingredients
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 g smoked tofu
- 1 tuber fennel
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 5 tomato (s), dried
- 5 tomato (s), fresh
- 1 tablespoon, heaped tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon, leveled vegetable stock
- 250 g taliatelle

- Chop the onion, garlic and smoked tofu and fry. Cut the fennel, bell pepper and sun-dried tomatoes into strips and fry them. Also cut the fresh tomatoes into small pieces and mix in. Stir in tomato paste and vegetable stock.
- Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet, drain and then mix in.
