  • 125 g broccoli
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled basil, chopped
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into large pieces and purée finely with the hand blender. Wash and clean the vegetables and cut or grate them into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  2. Mix the tofu, vegetables and onions with the egg and herbs. Add breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs until you have a malleable dough. Season this to taste with salt and pepper or paprika powder. Shape patties and stir-fry in hot oil.
  3. A mixed salad and baguette tastes good with it, but you can also use them to build burgers or serve the patties as a side dish or with a sauce.
  4. The vegetables can be changed according to personal preferences, but they should always be roughly the same as the mass of the tofu. Drain vegetables that are very watery before mixing, otherwise the dough will be slightly sticky and difficult to shape.
