Ingredients
- 6 spring onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 700 ml tomato (s), happened
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 1 orange (s), 4 tablespoons juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt and pepper
- Chilli pepper (s), chopped, or sambal oelek
- some oil

- Finely chop the spring onions and garlic. Sauté both in a saucepan with oil over medium heat until lightly colored. Put the tomatoes, coconut milk, vegetable stock and the juice of the orange in the saucepan and simmer for about 8 minutes over low heat. Stir every now and then, of course.
- Add salt, pepper, sugar and the hot spice. Stir again and simmer for 2 minutes. Finally, season again to taste.
