- 200 g herbs, (ame)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 g natural yourt, Greek
- 2 tablespoon vegetable broth
- 1 pinch (s) chili salt
- 1 teaspoon spice mix (zatar)

- Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Wash the wild herb salad and shake dry. Spread the tomato slices on plates for 4 people and spread the wild herbs on top.
- Mix the yogurt with the warm broth, the olive oil, the zatar mixture and the chilli salt and pour into a squeeze bottle. Spread the dressing over the salad in quick gulps and serve.
