Ingredients

  • 250 g cherry tomato (s), date
  • 100 g physalis
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • Lime (s), the juice it
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s), dried
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • Basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First cut the tomatoes, peppers and physalis into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Dissolve the honey with 3 tablespoons of water, then add the oil and the juice of 1 to 2 limes. Then chop the dried chilli, garlic and fresh basil and add. Now just season with salt and pepper.
