Ingredients
- 4 large tomato (s)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 yellow pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s), red
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 3 tablespoon red wine
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 g sheep cheese
- 75 g olives, pitted black
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
- salt and pepper

- Wash, halve and slice the tomatoes. Wash the cucumber, cut in half, remove the seeds with a spoon and dice. Clean and finely dice the peppers. Peel the garlic and onion and also finely dice. Halve the olives. Cut the feta into large pieces.
- Mix the red wine and oil, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Put the chopped ingredients in a salad bowl and pour the dressing over them. Let it flow well.
